The reason for the low rating is that every once in a while, sometimes even once a week, the app logs you out, does not work, does not send the confirmation code when you want to log in... Pitty, it is (could be) a nice & useful app in general but not reliable at all and it has been very frustrating for some time...

App logs you out, and then it is not possible to log back in. The app is absolutely useless when that happens, and that is almost every time

They send you a code over SMS to log in. The code contains letters, which cannot be entered into the code field on the app. Congrats, achievement unlocked.
